COMMITTED CLUB
Exercise not only improves cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility, but also boosts mood and reduces stress through the release of endorphins. To really achieve these benefits however requires a consistent routine; a commitment. Commitment ensures that these benefits are sustained over time, leading to long-term health improvements and enhanced quality of life. Moreover, maintaining this commitment fosters discipline and resilience, skills that are transferable to other areas of life. ​

To help keep your commitment to discovering a NewFound YOU, we have instituted a Committed Club, with monthly and lifetime recognition.
MONTHLY ACHIEVEMENTS
COMMITTED
Each month, those members attending 15 classes within the month make it to the COMMITTED level. These members are highlighted in our monthly newsletter and listed on the Committed Club white board.
ADDICT
Each month, those members attending 20 classes within the month achieve ADDICT status. These members are highlighted in our monthly newsletter and listed on the Committed Club white board.

By attending 100 classes, you have taken the first step to proving your long term commitment and consistency. In recognition, you will receive a FREE 100 Club Tshirt.

CLUB
You are now among an elite group of
members who have shown exceptional commitment and consistency by attending 500 classes. In recognition, your name will be added to the 500 Club wall and you will receive a FREE 500 Club travel mug.

CLUB
You are now among an exclusive group of members who have shown the ultimate in commitment and consistency by attending 1000 classes! In recognition, a plaque with your name and picture will be hung on the 1000 Club wall, and you will receive a FREE 1000 Club embroidered sweatshirt.
